Dip you marinated mushrooms into your batter once coated throw into your dry mix then fried. Make sure your oil is hot before frying. Allow them to sit in oil till golden crispy them set aside to cool off. While you wait, create your pink waffles by adding all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well till the batter is pink and smooth. Pour into your waffle maker on medium-high heat for a crispy outside and a fluffy inside. To complete your sandwich coat your waffles with some dairy free sour cream, create a simple slaw using purple cabbage , white vinegar, vegan mayonnaise, and some salt & black pepper, add pickles to finalize your pink Chick’n & waffles pair with a side salad and enjoy.
